Protecting Your Passion and Purpose: Developing resilience and reducing your burnout risk.

This workshop is for changemakers, positive disruptors, social justice advocates and anyone who is passionate about making a difference through their work.

The world needs brave people who challenge the status-quo.

Yet this type of work is hard and often comes at a personal cost to dedicated, values-led people who have dedicated their professional lives to tackling social issues.

This workshop inspires changemakers to protect their passion, wellbeing and long-term impact by developing strategies to overcome the emotional labour of working in purpose-led roles.

Increasing Your Influence: Collaborative, values-led leadership skills to increase your impact within a system.

This workshop is for anyone working within or seeking to influence a system who wants to have a greater voice and impact.

Making meaningful impact within a system is challenging but essential to address society’s biggest problems.

Effective system working requires collaboration and trusted relationships between people with diverse perspectives and experiences.

This workshop will describe the factors and human behaviours that typically derail system working (including power dynamics, identity threats and scarce resources) and equip participants with the self-awareness and leadership skills to navigate these pitfalls and increase their influence.

Speaking Up Safely:
Empowering employees to safely challenge poor behaviour in the workplace.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop their skills in speaking up in the moment when someone makes an offensive or discriminatory remark in the workplace.

A colleague has made an offensive remark. It may be racist, homophobic or ableist. You want to challenge it, but don't know how. Fearing potential consequences, you remain silent.

The offensive comment lingers in the air, unchallenged.. It might be passed off as 'banter'.

You feel uncomfortable, complicit and frustrated that you haven't acted in line with your values.

This masterclass will develop your skills in non-confrontational techniques for challenging offensive comments in the workplace.

You will come away with increased influence and confidence to act with moral courage in these situations, helping you to act in line with your values.
