Values-driven people are a force for good.
We call them 'ethical canaries', because they're driven to highlight unfairness, injustice, moral dilemmas and ethical issues.
They face occupational hazards in the workplace and depending on the prevailing culture, they'll either burn bright, or burnout.
They face resistance, backlash and ostracism to stand up for what is right, risking burnout, compassion fatigue and moral injury.
With the right support, they can build resilience and motivation to withstand these challenges.
